Of course your opinions don't matter, it's natural for a people to care about themselves and their needs before the needs of others.

Well, *I* think it's ironic that you would bother to ask a non-US citizen their opinion when *your* opinion is that a foreigner's opinion doesn't matter. Now do you see how this isn't really a discussion?

Saying the voice of people outside the US doesn't count is folly though. US precidency is a job that also goes on alot of stuff internationally, and thus affects people outside the US as well.

Uhhhh - there is this tiny little country called Australia see. We were part of the so called "3 Amigo's" who were diehard supporters of the war in Iraq - the cornerstones of the Coalition of the Willing. American, Britian and Australia.

Prior to the War in Iraq, most of our people didnt support it. John Howard, the Prime Minister, took us to war regardless. We had our elections nearly 5 weeks ago - and John Howard not only won again, but he increased his majority significantly, as well as winning control of BOTH houses of parliament.

The reason this means nothing to you is because Howard won. In the event he had lost, your local rag would have had "Oz Ousts Bush Arselicker" as its front page. Somehow, a key supporter of the war on Iraq winning re-election just wasnt such great news for liberal dominated industries like the media - so you never heard.

There have been numerous IQ tests that test countries. All of the ones I have seen say that America is stupider than the rest of the world. In many online polls, the world has said that they want Kerry to win. I am not an expert on why people want that so I will just say that the world will think that Americans are even stupider than before.

I could remember everyone (including the traitors), but Bush, Blair and Howard (in that order) are frequently cited as the primary Iraq war supporters - the leaders of the so called "anglosphere" offensive against muslim ideology. In terms of contribution, I'd put Italy above Australia - but for some reason the Italian leader just isnt mentioned as often.

Rather ironic then that yourself and other supporters of the Iraq was have claimed that it was justified because you are "helping the Iraqi people". Yet apparently you couldn't give two hoots about people outside of America.

The election? If it goes to Bush, you've made a bad choice. Bush has made a ton of foreign relations blunders and is widely hated in the international community. Understand that this is from people who don't hate America: they hate Bush. Whatever Kerry's policies, he's a fresh start. You need all the help you can get now that you've committed yourself to the Iraq quagmire, and if you're planning to keep fighting the war on terror by invading soveriegn nations. The nations of the world will be far more willing to deal with Kerry than Bush.

Uzi, much as you'd like it to be true, the United States does not exist in a vacuum. You may be a superpower, but your nation makes enemies of other nations at your peril. Eventually your position is going to be challanged, and the decisions your leaders make now will affect how the emerging superpowers view your country.

However, as a student of history it will certainly be interesting to see what Bush will do over the next 4 years. I can't wait to see how the invasions of Syria and Iran go, or which city will next be targetted by Osama and his ilk. If nothing else, Bush has given the fundamentalists in the Middle East propaganda fodder that will last them decades. The results will be fascinating.

Of course they hate Bush - they'll hate anyone who does not have their interests covered. The whole France-Iraq relationship is well documented - as if they were ever going to take to kindly to America attacking Iraq. They also hate anyone who dares utter the name Jesus Christ outside of an expletive, much less take their religion seriously (perhaps thats going to far, you may only mention Christ in a hushed tone so as not to offend their delicate PC sensitivities). The nations of the world dont want to "deal" with America - they view every single damn decision as "what will get my country the most for us, and to hell with everyone else if we can get away with it". The US is as guilty of this as anyone - but lets not pretend the rest of the world is just lining up to make friends with the US.

Your record stands for nothing when you have no power. If America ever finds itself powerless against another nation, then it wont matter whether you were the world's guardian angel or merciless pillager - he who holds the gun makes the rules. Despite what many people think, governments rarely strike out of spite, it is always out of personal gain. Everyone knows that terrorist attacks like 9/11 require unschooled, uneducated peasants to sign up enmasse at their nearest AQ recruiting station...... or do they? Tossing some deluded fool over a wall into Israel is easy - but attacks like 9/11 required a relatively small group of educated, well funded men. Terrorists thrive on the small scale - large scale just makes them a bigger target. They have the Israeli cause, and that generates them more than enough fanatics.
