<div class="IPBDescription">How are team points calculated?</div> Alright, I noticed that each team has a "score" displayed on the scoreboard. I was wondering how exactly this score was calculated.

My reason for asking:

If this score accurately reflected how well a team controlled a map, it could be used for clan matches (the same way points are used in DoD matches), as opposed to each clan being required to set aside 4-5 hours for a match.

    DoD point scoring is quite good,NS point scoring method is quite confusing <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo--> even though by killing buildings as aliens should get most "kills" bcoz it's not easy wiping out an outpost with 8 turrets all around <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Points go by the number of resources that your team has collected.
