I'm not entirely sure what you mean, there are hundreds of NS servers responding.

Check your steam filters, make sure you're not being too scrict with them, and that you are in fact filtering the lastest version of NS.

Load up Steam, click 'servers'.

On the internet tab, click 'refresh'.
