HOLY FREAKIN CRAP!
This movie will make you say: WTH, wth, omg, i can't believe that just happened, WTH, omg.
The WHOLE move will keep you on the edge of your seat. One plot twist after another. I think the end of this movie will be engraved into your mind. The whole thing is just 'WTH' after another.
Everyone go see it NOW! You won't know what to think about anything after this.
OMG this movie is the roxor.

Is this the movie that the trailer you linked me to a while back was for?
I DEMAND MORE GORE FROM MY MOVIES!
Saw was good, really enjoyable but so was oldboy... except oldboy was infinitely more twisted and features quite possibly one of the coolest corridor fightscenes I've ever laid eyes on o.O
That was the most retarded movie I have ever seen. ever.

Haha...thats what the comments on imdb.com say...
Have you seen it?
There was the one asian kid, who would be naked every five seconds, had no jaw, and would meow like a cat. The monster zombie things would make this groaning sound and then just slaughter innocent civilians for reason. Then the doctors in the end locked the main character in a room with the evil groaning monster thing on purpose just to get her killed.
You would think the movie would develop some kind of story, but no. They throw you into a situation that has no point, and then start killing people.
I was disappointed until the ending, at which point I was in a state of shock. The ending made the entire movie worth seeing. Dr. Gordon was a horrible character though, and should have been rethought and a different person cast in that role.
I love the direction that they went with the movie though. It was definitely the best thriller I've seen ever.
I just did an edit of my song "Baptism 425" so some things that needed serious fixing would be fixed so that the producers of Saw can hear a final product. There is a small possibility that my friends and I (one of whom was on the Matrix: Revolutions DVD) may end up on the Saw DVD.
I'll post a link to the new version in a few.
Grab some other tracks as well. Another "entry" is "Before Dawn" by DeusMachina, also up and available on the website.
(I think this covers every horror movie ever made to tell you the truth)
Back on topic, Saw indeed had some nice plot twists, but you could easily see the cuts where they had to shorten some scenes to get an R rating. In terms of gore I felt it really didn't deliver compared to something like Dawn of the Dead, or hell, Shuan of the Dead. The ending was great, but a bit of a cheap shot because... (tiny tiny spoiler, highlight to read...)the whole movie your watching for clues, and then the ending hits and you realize theres absolutely nothing in the movie that gave even the slightest hint of who the Jigsaw Killer was.
It's early in the morning, i guess i'm not reading right......
Saw isn't a horror, and if it is, it's a pretty weak one at that. It has little gore, little scare factor and, well, little horror. It's like Seven. That's not a horror but has some greusome deaths and the like. It's a thriller, unfortunately, and that's my most hated film genre.
Ju-On, on the other hand, is a proper horror. It boasts every single trait a horror movie should have, it also actually makes an attempt to scare you as opposed to Saw which tried (Mostly in vain) to shock you.
Sure, Ju-On is the ghost house version of Ring, but it boasts a lot more horror credibility than Saw.

The grudge was really more of a pop-out scary movie, it didn't present true horror.
Hellraiser was a laugh, but one of the best films ever made?
