Help me choose what i don't need!
Ok, i've decided it's about time i get some non-money together and not finance buying new components. So what i need to ask everyone is, what parts should i not buy?

My current budget is $0, please keep this in mind when finding components i don't need.

My current specs are the following:

Windows XP SP2
Logitech MX510
Photoshop
Soundblaster 4.1
WACOM Graphire Tablet
Creative Webcam USB
and finally:
Cambridge Soundworks 2.1 speakers

Please help, i can't for the life of me decide what i don't need!

I'd suggest the newest X800 XT. A hefty price, but... !!
Then also one of the brand new 21" LCD monitors. You could also go with a plasma one... They're classy.
If you really want, you could buy a whole surround sound system. The one that's 8.1. Or something.

    I'll think of more...

You really want to invest in a 16meg voodoo3 3000 PCI graphics card. Done me well for over 2 years.

I'm sure you can pick them up from any garbage dump / friends house for free these days

Ooh, whine away. My CRT is pushing 15.

Edit: No, that's not a joke. It actually still functions and has not caught on fire or done any of the things a 15 year old CRT does.

perhaps a piece of discarded (and preferably smelly) cardboard to use as a mousepad?
