After watching all those mega64 videos over again, I kinda want to go around as that Tetris piece. (Though my new favorite video there is now Ghostsngoblins, because of the sheer in-your-face factor that had with all the bystanders).

You basically tape a bunch of cigarettes on you. When someone asks you what you're supposed to be, you remove a cigarette and drop in on the ground and say "I'm a cigarette lighter."

Great one also would be to go as a tampon. I guess you could tape pillows around your arms/legs and wear a white shirt. People ask what you are, say you're a tampon, lift up your arms and put blood all under your arms going to your body.

1 bag yellow (also important) balloons.
Cut holes for head and arms in garbage bag. Blow up balloons and tape them randomly to the bag.
