Where, Oh, Where Are The Ns Servers?!

<div class="IPBDescription">Cannot find any NS servers anywhere</div> Heya folks, I've ben looking forward to playing this amazing looking Mod. I'm all set-up, but when I go to multiplayer, and filter games, I can only filter for half life. That means that I have to sift through ~80 servers worth of game info to see if anyone is playing NS. They're not.
I also attempted the "quickstart" option, but I end up playing Half life, not Natural Selection! I is getting really frustrating, as I thought that the whole community would be playing the Mod, and all I see are the same 'ole HL/TF shoot 'em up maps.
Could any kind soul please give me some dedicated server addresses please. Either that, or some effective way to filter for NS servers. Thanx for any help!!

    you should be able to choose ns as a filter but thats doesnt matter much... because really you shouldnt be using the half-life server listing thingy.. get somthing like all seeing eye or server query... both are very good and ALOT easier than having to refresh the 30000 servers of cs, halflife and other mods

    there are lots of servers tho... i live in australia and there are at least 10 good ones for me...

    You aren't using the desktop shortcut, are you? (And you did read the Tech Support forum, right?)

    Yes, I am using the desktop shortcut. Shouldn't I? I mean why is it there if it doesn't work.
    No I didn't read through the technical support forums because I don't have any technical problems. I just need server addys.
    If the desktop shortcut is not the way to go, then what is the right way? Gamespy?

    no, the desktop shortcut is buggy, you should be using the "Launch Natural Selection" shortcut somewhere in your NS folder.

    i just deleted the desktop icon and copied the "Launch.." one onto the desktop.

    another error you might be gettnig is if u have favorites, sometimes HL gets kinda weird about it and queries ALL the servers. so you gotta reboot.

    or you could just edit the desktop shortcut's Start In to your HL folder.

    for the fillter aaa just use NS nothing eles man. u will get about 400- 4500 server . at least i did. and dont look at the ping. i play at 100 ping and i tell u it is sitll smoth i have a tnt2 m64 so dont wory about the ping

    also when you use the bugged desktop shortcut you won't be able to see the map list when you try and create a game.

    The desktop short-cut can be fixed by entering in the location where you have installed Half-Life in the 'Start in' field of the short-cut's properties. Ie 'C:\Sierra\Half-Life'.
