Updating/refreshing

<div class="IPBDescription">doesnt work</div> well, when i go to play NS and i hit update, i get 28,000 servers, now of course these servers are from all mods i have combined, and out of these 28,000 servers, only 500 are NS, i have it checked off in filter where its supposed to only look for the game "ns", but it wont work, i've pretty much given up on trying to figure out what the hell's wrong with it so yeah, any solutions??

Are you using the desktop shortcut (as about three pinned topics tell you not to) or the Start-Menu shortcut?

This happens to me quite often....

To fix it all you have to do is exit NS completely and enter it again... You can tell if its going to do what it does to you by it taking a bit longer then normal after clicking on "Internet Games".

Sometimes you'll have to exit and reenter many times or restart your computer.

Then don't. Or put the starting in location inside the shortcut properties to C:\Sierra\Half-Life or whatever your Half-Life directory.

As the pinned topic says, the shortcut is borked at the moment.
