May be someone can port Doom and Doom II using Doom III engine with Doom 3 Sdk despite the fact Doom III is a remake of Doom, but bears little resemblence to Doom, so a remake of Doom and Doom II which is a sequel of Doom can be made using the engine that powers the remake of Doom, but it's not really a remake, because that would be Doom III, but rather an graphical upgrade of Doom and Doom II.

someone needs to make a version of D3 where the mars base etc is properly lit.. or where the player doesn't have horrible low-light vision. one of the two.

as it is now, i think the player actually has a night-vision deficiency. he needs to go to an eye doctor.

    Yay! Doom 3 SDK!

I would be so excited if the engine didn't suck :/

You know, I'd think Hell coming in and ripping stuff up would break some lights <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

I know, sheesh. You're telling me they built a livable base on Mars complete with full time crew, AND summoned demons from hell, but turning on lights presents an insurmountable logistical problem? Bah, I say. Bah!

It was said before, the experiments were consuming a not expected amount of juice.
And id had not enough time for placing more lightbulbs.

There's already one in the works. I can't find it right now, but you could probably find it on planetdoom.com

If there were a completely faithful remake of the entirity of Doom 1 and 2 on the Doom 3 engine, I'd buy Doom 3. Well, if my computer could run it <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/wink-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
