He did come back. You can confirm this by <a href='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?act=Search&CODE=getalluser&mid=15953' target='_blank'>browsing through every post he's made</a> to see that he has made more than a few in between the time of this apology and the time I'm typing this post. As you can see via this method, he was recently temporarily suspended for disobeying our restrictions on discussing pirated copies of HL2, CS:S, etc. The circumstances of his permban is something I may not be at liberty to discuss in order to respect his privacy and reputation.

It was moved here because the apology was directed to a target audience (discussion forum posters) and at the time CWAG was restricted from being able to deliver the apology where the target audience would be.

It was not moved here "so we could discuss his ban"
