I just wanted to know because ive updated my half-life and still cant play over the internet so i just want to know "IS IT SINGLE PLAYER?!"

    Nope, no single player. To be able to play on-line you need to download steam, which you can get on www.steampowered.com - its valve's new way to play halflife online.

    But you can also, you can DL bots from the General discussion forum and play offline. (with steam that is)

    Thank You! Ok i Know This is the place to talk about NS but while im here i also want to know "What Are Some Good Single Player Mods For Half-Life?"

    I also wanted to ask is there a patch to use it without steam? Because Ive Already Had some Evil run-ins with it and it REALLY **** ME OFF!
