Resoultion Problem

<div class="IPBDescription">Game is set at to high of a resultion</div> I upgraded video cards and I got ns installed and when I set the resoultion to it's max the game just hangs up at the opening picture. I have tryed uninstalling and reinstalling it.

i belive you can change the gfx settings in config.ini but i aint too sure

Ok this is what i did i deleted the reg files and completly reinstalled steam and got the res back down now it just hangs at the opening backround picture.
