Other Version?

in New Player Forum
my friend tells me he plays ns alot now and says he plays a different type of version. Where there is no commander, and as a marine as you get kills you get money to upgrade yourself, which are permanent upgrades. I've been looking through the net to find this supposed version and I can't find it. Can anyone tell me if it exists or not? and if it does exist could you send a link? or give me some info on it? much appreciated.

    Under your servers tab, look for a map that has the prefix "co_" on any server. If you play that, you get to play that version (which is dubbed "combat")
