Apparently PC Gamer gave HL2 a 96% which is the best score ever, only equalled by HL1.

    it's PCG UK, which gives out lower scores. PCG UK has only given out one other 96 - to HL1.

    Well, looking at the score they gave doom 3 I can't say it's likely that they represent my point of view on what good gameplay is and what is fun so I really don't care if they give it 100% or 10%.

    I think it's reviewed off the RC that went to Vivendi, so if the RC passes, then it's essentially a review of the gold version...if not, then it's a review of a version with more bugs than the version you get to play.

    If they reviewed Deus Ex and gave it a lower score than Half-Life, there is something seriously wrong with their review system and it should be scrapped.
