the "there are lotsa hackers" statement in itself makes all your posts invalid because you obviously have no clue, or play in possibly the worst ns server in the world. my guess is both.
first: where on earth do you play ns???
second: have you ever tried to play somewhere else??
third: exactly how many of the players you see are hackers, and how so. kindly explain how they hack.

Even if you block all functions but the default keyboard layout, it is <a href='http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Merchant_Id=&Section_Id=2071&pcount=&Product_Id=157024' target='_blank'>impossible</a> to block people from scripting. The only thing I can recomend is playing on a private server. Instead of trying to do the impossible, you should be trying to think of ways to make scripting pointless.
and for interest: would you consider that kind of "device" as an unfair advantage? you had to pay for it, right? and while were at it someone explain what that thing even does.

I suppose if i got a speedhack and wallhack, went on to a server saying i had scripts and motion you would think im not cheating right? Your all so dead wrong and denying it makes me sick.

Remember how I noted a <a href='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=80963&st=45&hl=call+someone' target='_blank'>few days ago</a> that I'd instantly suspend people for flames in scripting discussions?
