step 2: select the sprites that are fubar
step 3: check the dimensions of those sprites
step 4: select the relevant weapon_x.txt files
step 5: go find where it says
crosshair <crosshairname> x x x
and change it to
crosshair <crosshairname> 0 <sprite dimension> <spritedimension>

1) Open the sprite in SprView
2) Hit Ctrl + I or go to View --> Sprite Information and look at Maximum Size.
oh yeah like that really helped. <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/confused-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Download the attached .txt file and extract it to the ns\sprites directory, overwriting the old one. If your LMG crosshair is fixed, then PM me and I'll send you the rest of the .txt files. These files are from my clean B5 install. If it's not fixed, then we have a bug on our hands.
This hasn't happend to me before. I KNOW this is a bug now.
I claim this bug in the arse of black-plague's computer! lol
