The 1st of Many...
Its back...but a bit different. The program has been restructured to include other opinions and tactics with the addition of my great new team. We are aiming for this to be a 1 hour, highly informative performance with some interactive things for you guys. ( So probably make that an hour and a half)
Keep in mind this is aimed for the general audience, so anyone is free to come.
Also, while we are talking , you will be listening in spectator mode until its time for something interactive. There will be an NSguide sitting in spectator with you taking down your -written- questions and we will answer them afterwards. ( Then start building up a FAQ on our website) Do not use the mic while in spec since alltalk will be on.
Well I know this is short notice but if you cant make this one, dont worry. This is going to be a bi-weekly event.
When: This Sunday, Sept. 26 - 4PM EST
Where: TBA in irc on #NSGuides and I will also edit this post with a server IP that day.
This is the main post:
http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/in...ndpost&p=668686
I PM everyone who posts in there how to get setup on IRC and take their info down for future things.

What maps will you be doing these lessons on? I'd like to come just to see how you guys do things. (I can always leave if there is a needing newbie.)
Certain maps kill my FPS. Bast, Rebirth, and some others are just unplayable.
Faceoff and Eclipse are the most simple of CO and NS.
Edit: You're a member of the Pandas clan? Or am I just seeing things >_>
Edit#2: I wasn't seeing things. Training from Pandas. This'll be very interesting.

Yes, I PM irc instructions when people post in the main. Do you need them also?
About the map. It will be ns_eclipse I will do these on until I get my custom map done. ( currently being worked on by remaker of nancy, mr lazer.)
Yea im a panda but that training was my old program. This one will be with me , DoM|Hellabean, Jane, exi-TheADJ, and wither(maybe )
IRC just isn't my favorite program, but I can use it. :-/
I don't know how to convert the times
Mind just telling me the time instead of trying to teach me it? Or maybe you could give me some handy-dandy web page that converts for me?
Central American. Not European >_<
and then pacific has a three hour dif, so 1:00 PST
It's been awhile since I was a scheduler, I used to know all my time zones backwards and forwards, so if anyone can confirm this for me, that would be great.
An easy way to remember, "Simpsons, 8 EST, 7 Central"
Order (probably):
eastern gmt -5
central est -1 gmt -6
mountain est -2 gmt -7
pacific est -3 gmt -8
alaska est -4 gmt -9
hawaii est -5 gmt -10
i believe there are 4 time zones in america, eastern, central, mountain and pacific. (not including alaska&hawaii)
