Just watched it, really well done, and the jumps were pretty standard but I did see some really impressive marine jumps. Fana, just PM me if you do a sequel... I have approx. 9 demos of old footage and I also know a few more jumps I could do.
like on ns_origin, go to the ledge at the double node, and jump from the ledge near the vent into the hole with the ladder that leads down to ventaltion hive, just as a basic marine.
Also on ns_nothing you can do that bhop sequence across the pillars as a skulk by doing it both on the same side, but also zig-zag across. Looks cooler.
Just send me a PM if you want any sort of help with any future projects.
Probably the best "skill" movie for ns so far (by far), but it still seriously lacks compared to movies like Skillout or Last Dinosaur 2, but still impressive.

That was amazing editing. Jumps were pretty standard but the one where the skulk cleared triad in one jump was pretty cool. Never thought of that kind of jump. Great music and went well with the video.
Okay, that was amazing. I didn't even know you could bunnyhop as a marine like that. Also, there was no Linkin Park music, which is a first for a gameplay movie, so it gets 10/10 in my book.
very nice, the end scene in viaduct, looks EXACTALLY like what we did one time before a match <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->
well all you people who said the jumps were standard can submit your own nonstandard jumps for the sequal cos its gona be an open public movie so you better get the demos goin, and they better be good...
I think the most impressive jump was fana's one in satcomm, i can do most of the other marine ones but that one is ****. Was a good watch though, i especially liked mercior's triad jump, some of standards sexy air control and fana's clever duck jump thing. As for the sequal, i've got a few goodens which i can throw in <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

I thought the music selection was good (although the matrix intro is overdone). In fact I used the Ready, Steady, Go music in my Science and Industry video. Most people feel compelled to put in some incomprehensible hard rock, metal or rap. I don't know why everyone is hating on Enya.
Anyway, nice vid, though it could have benefitted from some real sound capture rather than the pseudo-sounds that were edited in.
The intro was definitely from one of the Matrix movies. The edited in sounds were the flashlight and catpack sounds. Everything else is completely silent, which is kind of weird.
I propose that we get these trick jumpers into a game on the same team and put them against the absolute worst newbies ever to grace NS, and capture the reactions.
I really liked it, there are a few map-specific moves in there that I'll be sure to incorporate into my gameplay. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Last dinosaur 2 had some fun bits, but it had horrible editing and some of the worst music I ever heard as well as a lot of useless clips that are neither skillfull, interesting, fun, serve to set up the mood or anything. They really should have let the fotage speak for itself and most of it be done in first person POV instead of doing loads of really cheesy effects and third person FOV.

I know what it was I've seen it. Most of the fotage was nice, but the editing and music was so poorly choosen that it was allmost unwatchable, it could have been so much better if they didn't go nuts.

I second that motion!
During the entire video (especially when Fana was skulking around marine start on the railings) I was hoping to see these moves actually incorporated into combat too, like a real game. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
