Looking For A Clan

Anyway, I am not so much looking for a real "clan" organized for league play with thier own server and website or anything. I am just looking for a group of people to team up with when I play. Maybe like a dozen or so people that KNOW HOW TO PLAY! I am tired of getting stuck with noobs in this game. In CS I could just go for frags and the strongest player can carry a weak team on his own. With NS teamplay is too important and noobs just make things frustrating. I need decent players who understand what they should be doing at every stage of the game. Not a buncha guys who think they can just run off and kill stuff.
I guess Im more or less trying to get together a "talent pool" of people who understand what they need to do and when, and have different spacialties(IE Commander, Rusher, defender etc. Skulk, lerk Gorge ect). The reason I am not looking for a clan is because I am not <i>that</i> dedicated and my playtime is random. I tried the clan thing in CS and it was too demanding for my lazy **obscenity**. My schedule was too chaotic to adhere to thiers and things didnt work out. If there is a clan out there that could use some artwork in exchange for a member with those qualities Id be glad to make the trade <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo--> Or perhaps there is a clan out there with a squad that is more lax and not devoted to matches and "scheduled" practices.
I usually play aliens and I am a pretty good skulk and getting better. I am a damn good Gorge. Not much of a lerk though I never really play as one, or as fade. I have been known to take out a whole squad before they realized I was there cloaked as Onos. I am quite possibly the worst Marine commander that ever existed, and hopefully a good commander replies to this post, because noob commanders easily ruin a game. I am a good Marine for the most part.
