forget the map name, the one with the sewer hive....
anyways we were on marines and our awsome commander had left the game before the round started so we were left with an average comm. i started out the round with the only intention of messing around. As we started to lose the commander finally grants me a mine pack, which i promplty make my self a ladder to the vent (which was allready welded shut). well i was stuck in the vent, and some of my teammates realized that the mine ladder to the vent was the only option other than getting spawn killed by the aliens. well there were 3 of us in the vent and it turned out we were the last ones left so the commander had to drop us a CC. in the vent. he managed to drop a CC in the verticle part of the vent. we built it, but there was no more room for an IP. we tried building an ip out side the welded part and building it through the wall. that didnt work. it wasnt long before the fades found us. 2 or 3 fades and a lerk found us, but they would have to make thier way through a CC first. as i died i played the six flags commercial song over the mic.

Humm I regestured just soi could post my own good experences.
Same map with sewer Hive, I was playing gorge and I just started building our second hive ( sewers) and had some dc's and Oc's all over the place, when the merines jp rushed our main hive compleatly obliterating it. So for the next coupple of minutes ( cant remember version.. think was 1.0 or 2.0) I was the only alien alive as a gurge sittign in my hive hoping it would get up so my team would spawn. Merines started to attack and everytime one got into the Hive they managed to get killed by my Oc's. I really don't know how, but I managed to stay alive, keep that hive up and then play Hive hopping for about 20 more minutes untill the merines finally got us. Man it was great to have my intire team actuly stay and cheer me on as I got the hive up.
My best comm moment was in v1.0 when the DC's healed everything around them as the same time. I was playing as a comm ( forgot map but it has holo room), and managed to fully tech out my team and corner the remaining aliens in archiving. It took over 10 minutes to take down their hive Despite Constant nade and approx 15-20 Seige cannon going at once ( I kid you not). Finally a Good HA/HMG rush with my self incuded managed to finally take out there hive. I think at the time I had basicly rebuilt my entire base outside their hive and had about 300+ res.
Some n00b had gorged and gave us Sensory on our first hive. I managed to get into Marine Start unnoticed as part of yet another Skulk Rush. Rather than attacking, however, I headed up the wall opposite the left entrance (as viewed from inside). I then switched my attack to Parasite. Every time the door opened, I'd tag a random Marine. They thought I was outside, so would fire like crazy out the door, hoping to hit the cloaked skulk that had tagged them - it was almost an hour before anyone noticed me inside (Motion Tracking isn't much use when the alien isn't moving). In that time, I had tagged every Marine multiple times (helping the team out), and racked up more than five parasite kills.
It doesn't stick out because I got a lot of kills - it sticks out because I helped the team in a bad situation and we went on to win it.
