This was on the Smooth Games Natural Selection v1.01 server.
The NS team REALLY needs to make it so that on FF off servers...Other people on your team can't blow your base equipment.

Maybe something should be implemented where if the commander doesn't make any action for X time they are automaticlly ejected from the console.
If you were in the game I was in. Where the Marines having an ALAMO type of setting and saw some **RP** guys there??
if u run a linux server there is a sweet adminmod plugin that works for access lvl 1
plugin_republic.amx is the plugin, but i don't remember what its called on the Adminmod site.

They all come with abuse *detection* and will ban players automaticly for numouros failed votes for like 10 min i think. And eventually i perminate ban. Its very useful because it allows your server to be semi-self admined w/ anti-llama support <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

Its called Eject Commander.
But if that fails to work, I agree. After 3 minuts of inactivity it should eject commander and give a message of sorts. Marines need commander to get anywhere.
Wow - I've also banned 139813. In fact, he's my first and only ban so far. He was doing exactly the same thing: horrible racist remarks and generally acting like a complete jerk.
I disagree, provided that sufficient evidence is provided. By sharing IDs, it makes adminning easier of the admins (i.e. less people to ban in game, less complaints, server has more people).
I consider the following evidence acceptable:
Condumps (for racial slurs, other llama-ness)
Screenshots (1 *must* be of the WONID)
Demos (only way to provide good evidence of cheating) (to record a demo type "record <name>" and before the map is over or you want to stop recording, simply type "stop")

True or not, this is one of the oldest tricks in the book. "I wasn't cheating! It was my grandmother [or any other relative/friend/pet]" For now, I would say to give him 1 more chance with a "probation" (i.e. he acts up again, perma-ban his **obscenity**)
all is going well until [AWEV] Rapier show up and starts begging for a HMG, i say wait because i am in the middle of something, well he just keeps on begging and begging and i keep saying wait for it, i got to do this, well about 3 minutes pass and i still havent gotten around to it, so he starts shooting the infantry portals with his gun, i kept telling him to quit and that i was upgrading the ammo factory now, but he kept destroying the buildings
he destroys most of everything even with people helping weld it back together, i lay down HMG when the ammo fac finishes upgrading hopeing that he would stop, BIG MASTAKE!!! he uses his HMG to ruin our base, i logged of in dusgust

The offense occured on 11/10/02 6:00am CST in the -Eternity- Clan NS Server.
Snarf was blowing up marine resources and caused them to loose the match. I informed everyone who was playing that I would be making this post and asked them come here and also file complaints to show I'm not just out to get some guy. For anyone whowas there, I was playing under my Alien name 'Garthok.' Please, anyone who was playing as a marine, post and give a detailed description of what this..........."person", was actually doing. I'm sorry you guys got robbed, I thought ya'll put up on hell of a fight inspite of Snarf.

What a jerk this guy was running around on 164.107.219.238:27020 The BadLands Ohio v1.01 tking everything we built.I had my clan mate pin him to the ground with a turret and I just kept welding it so he couldnt go around and destroy our base.We would really like to see a vote kick system added.

Reason: He was the last man alive, and was intentionally hiding from the marines so that the round could not end. He was doing this, he said, because he wanted another player to leave. Regardless of what this other player had done (I had joined while this fiasco was going on), ArtWarrior was intentionally staling this game.

I was on the same server as demise , Holocaust bob had keys bound to say "Jews detected. Restarting server to cleanse" and the other was something to the tune of "Die you jew **obscenity**..blah , blah , blah......something" he'd spam then crash the server over and over again . After crashing the server he'd hop back on , demand the comm chair , then continue to call every one ni@#er j#ws . He was the typical lamer ppl have been posting about in general discussian. Not only is he a lamer but a racist one at that.
Truly sad.
And even worse , no screens , wish I would have thought of that. It would have been one huge screen of crap.
