Radar Skin Please!

<div class="IPBDescription">a little dot in the center is all I ask</div> For the love of God will someone please skin the radar so it has a little dot in the center to tell where you are?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!!?!?!!?!? If I had any idea whatsoever as to how to create a skin I would do it myself as I imagine it takes no skill whatsoever to add a few pixels in the middle of the radar. Unfortunately I'm clueless about skinning. Anyone feel up to this?

    I just tried to edit the sprite (the HUD is called a Sprite, not a Skin) but I had to learn that it isn't done with just a pixel...

    The Problem is that the Minimap is one layer above your interface, so if i change the interface/HUD the Minimap will be drawn above it and the beautifull blue dot i painted on the interface is unseen because he is beneath the Minimap...

    So my Solution: This is something that can't be done without coding... Hope that Flayra codes it or learn the maps good enough not to need a minimap.... I hope first thing will happen, but I'm sure it's not top-priority for him...

    Yeah. I tried to suggest this same thing (switching the layering order), but there were more important things that had priority before release. Flayra has already stated several times that he's working on improvement to the marine minimap. Be patient.

    In the pre-release screens, it looked like it had actual player information on there. Like little dots to show where your enemies and friends were and stuff, like the CS radar and the Commander minimap.

    there's also sprites for the objects in the minimap in a subdirectory of the sprites folder. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
