Eh Im almost a full grown man ie about to stop growing, and gaining much weight and I weigh 75kg.
Government guidlines recomend only carring 1/3 of your weight at one time or is it 2/3.
I'm 14 and i almost weigh that much(it's the height, see)

Then it would would be more likely to break.
75 kg is really heavy. My metal bunk bed for example came in two boxes weighing a total of 60 kg approximately. I had a hard enough time carrying it then at points dragging it. Running about with something heavier than that would be hell unless you were pretty strong and had a lot of stamina.
