well now to topic:

i always play marine... why? cuz i am good at it... i always sucked as alien...
but to day it went verry well for me... cinda weard... i know everything when u are marine from uppgrade, commander etc etc... but when it comes to alien i dont know jack s**t (: now some stop i am wondering about:

1) How do you heal ur self as <!--emo&::skulk::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/skulk.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='skulk.gif' /><!--endemo--> and the other aliens? ;O all i se is "farting gas" and a weard sound that ppl make.. i ask them but they never awnser... i know ppl dont have time to help... thats why i am here (:

2) i am scriptor... and i just wonder if there is any good ns scripts out there?... i just want to see how they are built and what they do for ns.

3) is there any site all the "uppgrades" are discripted? like:
Cloaking = u can get invisible etc etc...

4) Is there any good command list for ns?

5) Is there any good working sites there u can get sprites n stuff? "saw the stickys but they wharent that good..."

thats all i have on my mind right now.. if i come up with anything else ill edit this post...

    I would suggest for any new player to go take a look at <a href='http://www.nslearn.org' target='_blank'>NSlearn.com</a>. Go look through the marine specific and alien specific forums a bit. Much of what you need to know is there.

    As for a list of the commands for general scripting....

    You can take a look through this: <a href='http://www.ns-central.co.uk/impulselist.txt' target='_blank'>Impulse list</a>

    Those were from pre-beta 3.0x's so a few may be different. The commander hotkeys no longer work, but it does list all impulses and weapon_names.

    oh nice thx guys (: well... but... when i die as alien lets say as skulk.. and i specc a other skulk when i am dead... they get like a green "light/gas cloude" around them self... like when i am a live and the "this that shows whare my friends are" that circkle.. its like on him when i specc... and he heals himself with a weard sound... he likes fart heal him self... :E... meybe does not make any sence... ;I

    When i uppgrade to "focus" cant i get the bite fast but strong in anyway or can it only be slow with focus?

    Indeed healing makes a sloshing noise. slosh slosh <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo--> . and those signs where your friends is the hive sight. Something that makes the aliens very potent when teamplay is present.

    If you or another skulk parasite an marine or marine structure then it will show up on the hivesight. This is sickeningly helpful for scouting. A skulk sees a marine down a hall, too far for it to run before dieing to waves of lmg rounds so the skulk parasites the lone marine and hides around the corner. Since the marines position is marked on your hivesight you can see him before he comes around the corner.

    Remember that aliens are gods in close combat. Avoid long hallways like the plague unless you are sure they are empty or you can close the distance quickly (Leap or Blink).

    Use vents and such, remember that skulks can climb on walls and stuff.

    As the gorge do NOT fight unless you are a master Battle gorge. (Just a little [inside?] joke)
