I'm downloading Beta 5 right now. I looked over the changelog ( <a href='http://www.natural-selection.org/v30b5-changelog.html' target='_blank'>http://www.natural-selection.org/v30b5-changelog.html</a> ) and there are a ton of changes but I didn't spot any that looked like they were the B.U.S.
Is it in this version? Was it planned to be included in this version? Has it been scrapped entirely?

Plus when is the NEW ns site coming? I thought it wouldbe done and replaced when this version was out :/

Well the problem with that logic is that a forum admin (coil) made that avatar for Nem0, Nemesis Zero is a admin.
And it totally is NOT cool to steal other people's custom made avitars, I would most likely freek if someone stole my sig.
Flayra did NOT relinquish control. He still oversees all modifications and edits. He does balance. He relinquished direct programming duties to work on UWE.

In addition, I highly recommend you create a new account with a different name. By maintaining your current one, you are giving up our usual 3-strike "warning->tempsuspension->ban" system; instead it will be "your next infraction->ban for disobeying the rules while imitating an admin."
Anyways, xp-cagey, like certain other former members of the NS team got hired to work for EA (I believe he is working on the new MOH game currently, if I'm not mistaken). Anyways.. Most game companys have this thing about their employees working for someone else.. Especially if they are doing it for free... Especially if they are doing the same thing for someone else for free as they are being paid to do for them. In this case, coding...
So for now, no bus. Until either someone else can be found to work on the BUS or XP-cagey can work something out with his new employers so he could work on at least just finishing up the BUS without running risk of being fired or worse..
So.. that sums it up.. Unless I'm so tired I've started completely making up stuff again, but I'm sure most of this is more or less true.

Okay thanks for the help. I made my own image to put up there and clarified that I'm not impersonating an admin by putting the words "NOT ADMIN" in it. I still wanted it to look kind of like Nemesis Zero's avatar though because I think it's funny our handles are kind of similar and we both play Natural Selection. I also added a signature that makes it clear I'm not Nemesis Zero.
So Marik now that I've made it clear that I'm not impersonating an admin then I shouldn't have any trouble with that no 3-strike thing you were talking about right?
And just to clarify, you're saying that "imitating an admin" is not a bannable offense, but "disobeying the rules while imitating an admin" is, correct? So now that I've made it clear I'm not imitating an admin everything should be okay right?
AND, now he hasn't stole his avatar as he made it himself now. Heh.
Back to the topic, are we ever GOING to get back to it?
All further such discussion should be moved into PM, by the way. I don't think it's anyone's concern but that of you and the admin / mod in question. Everyone, if you want to see your post stay around, I'd suggest you play by that rule.
As for BUS, it is, as Anem pointed out, delayed due to Cagey's job at EA (Note that Cagey is the first NS dev to move over to the Dark Side. Our other staff members managed to find jobs at Raven.). I sadly can't comment any further.

The bus is delayed until XP-Cagey either gets fired from EA or leaves cause they suck...
The new NS website is almost done, it'll be another week or two before it's live I imagine. It is being built to be easy to update, and will be much more 'live' this this one. The forums are staying the same, and your account information here will be preserved.
- I heard that the forums are being redeveloped aswell? I take it from your last post that that isn't the case?
CM's are beta-testing it and looking for bugs, its coming together very nicely but its not quiet finished.
