Looking For A Plugin

I'm looking for a plugin I saw a while back called Andy's Eweld plugin. Basically, the marines can use a welder to electrify any building. I need to download it but I can't find it anywhere. Can anybody help me with that?

I'm also looking for a good place for natural-selection plugins besides voogru. I had gone to a forum a while back that was really good but I forgot what it was.

    If i was u i wouldnt get it, due to the unbalancing, i had it on my server and it auto made rts and tfs electrfyed, and then it was a pain to get rid of it!
