  It happened that with a server of my country, when we began to play a map of the type ns, the server after about 3 min it fell.

  DISABLE ALL METAMOD AND AMX.
  
  disable absolutely everything. then it should work. then slowly start adding stuff back and see what messes up.

  the guy who runs our server, set it up with all the plugins and stuff we had running under 3.0b4
  could have thought of that by myself :/
