This is eerily similar to the theater incident. Terrorists take large number of people hostage. Russian commandos attempt to end incident. Hundreds of hostages die. At least this time it wasnt the Russians who actually killed them... however the surviving terrorists deserve whatever they get. Taking hostages is one thing, but kids? Come on...

There were accounts of explosions formt he gymnasium soon after the troops stormed in, and hundreds of kids covered in blood running out. It does seem to fit. Kids looking to make a name for themselves should take notes.

Good news people - yes one of those dogs blew themselves up, but there werent any people nearby. Only 10 people are confirmed killed, with the number NOT expected to rise. Most were shot in the back while running out of the school. about 300 wounded, but it wasnt a massacre.

Now to invent vicious, brutal, slow and humiliating ways of ending the filth that they caught.

What I found rather messed up was the BBC reporting that not only were soldiers shooting into the building when things started to go wrong, but local people with their own firearms were joining in. I'm sure that's what exactly security services want - civilians shooting into crowds of children.

Not, of course, that there was any chance of this thing ending well from the moment it started.
