That's a pretty nice take on a shotgun. I'd like to make some little edits, personally, what with a sling and all... Or maybe it could be called a "strap," yeah?
I'd make it bulkier, personally. The spike theme on these RTX weapons is fun. The hand guard is nice. Reminiscent of Old-West rifles. I like that look.
By "bulkier," I'd fatten it. Make it look shorter; thicker barrel, thicker foregrip, thicker detailing... Make it taller, so it's got a nice, fat nose like an M41-A. A heat shield would be dead-sexy. Just to add to its profile, you know?
The concept's nice, but too slim for me. Too light. I like to think of shotguns as meat-grinders, and pencils just don't have that look. Maybe decorate its front with a meat-tenderizer grill, like a modified 1911-style automatic by the guy who does LR300 kits... I forget his name. Starts with a "Z". His company name's ZM, I think.
Ever seen a meat-tenderizer hammer? Big wooden block with teeth. Automatics with teeth like that just scream "Don't @#$% with me!"

Thanks so much Chrono. How are the smoothing groups? are they still there? (I don't know about everyone else, but I feel that good smoothing can double a model's goodness)
That would be neat. But I think the standard straight action and another with the gun tilted to show the ejection port would be fine. I guess it all depends on who compiles or animates it though.

i have it all meshed cept for the 2 barrels and the front sight but then max crapped out on my and now its giving me a error when i run it i can send anyone the max file if theyd like to continue my mesh but its going to take some time for me to get max working again to finish this myself so if any takes are available speak up
