How Do U Make Custom Xhairs?

<div class="IPBDescription">!?!?!</div> OK i got a bmp of the crosshair i wanna make , but when i use my spr wiz thing. None of them get the transparency but 1. But i dunno how to get the 1 to be that yellow color that the others r, Cuz when i open the other crosshairs, there in the same grey color mine is , but ingame they show up yellow when on aliens. Can some 1 help me?
