F1, F2 And F4 Doesn't Work.

I was trying to join a game with those hotkeys but they don't work. When I press them...nothing happens. I checked the keyboard set up and there is nothing...and the buttons work and such. Please help. Thanks.

Maybe if you sleect defaults in the controls, these keys are bound/unbound?
Anyways, type this in your console.

bind "f1" jointeamone
bind "f2" jointeamtwo
bind "f4" readyroom
