Why? Here are my thoughts . . .
Good Kharaa players generally means
- they are good team players
(IMO, the Kharaa team requires good teamwork to prosper and rule)
- they have good hand eye coordination
(IMO, if they are leet Skulk players, they probably have good reflexes)
(IMO, good reflexes is a good thing when playing FPS)
Now, why does good Kharaa can be very good Fronstierman players?
- they know the map inside out way better than the n00b marine players.
- they know how the Kharaa organization works, and therefore should know how to counter it
- they know team work is crucial, and therefore will always stick together, always at least 2,3 marines
What say the rest of you?

Wow 5 marines walking together and getting owned by a lone Skulk because they forgot to check their six.
lol did the marines who are not dead say anything? lol
Urk. I reckon it must be devastating blow to the marines team.
Ugh.
I reckon this is one thing the marine players must always remember.
Always check your six.
Don't stick that close together when in a team.
Don't line up in a way so that a skulk from behind can 'play domino'
They were probably in Light Armor yes?
I reckon they would have fared better if they went to secure an empty Hive location instead.
- 1/2 build
- the 4/3 watch each other real good
Oh yeah. Flash Lights. I must remember to use those when checking ceilings.
It was the closest hive to them.. and we already had people in place at the third which was across the map.. farthest from marnes
Gawd!
By the way, I think Commander should research Heavy Armor first before Heavy Machine Guns.
Research Heavy Armor and give welders to a couple of Marines with Heavy Armor, and that squad would simple not die.
Yes I was in a game where me and quite a few of my teammates did not died after we gotten our Heavy Armor and Heavy Machine Guns.
I was spamming welding all the time.
Yeah I killed a couple of Skulks with the welder.
But mostly I think we the marines team won that map because the map was friggin big and the marines secured an empty hive location very early.
But in the next game, I joined the Aliens teams.
Luckily the marines were slow to secure a 3rd hive.
We got the 2 hives running up and slowing capping all the remaining resource nodes.
I dunno what that map was called, but it was FRIGGIN BIG, IMO, have TONS of nodes, again IMO.
Because I've noticed that some maps seems a bit smaller and less complex while some maps are insanly big and complex, with more nodes than usual.
No wonder ...
Skulk is best at biting the Marines arses off ...
Yup ...
Bite 'em hard and bite 'em good ...
Right in their arses ...
I am using a very good Hi-Fi stereo Headphones.
I hear everything.
