The adobe photoshop one seems nice but when I do visual stuff I usualy have paintshop pro, mspaint (for my clipboard) and a few other programs open as well so I dont know how well that would work.

Do people actualy buy these things?

I think those are totally useless :/ Mainly for people who can't remember which keys they binded to what and need labels, but by the time they find the right key they're dead =) I could see them useful for some mmorpgs, but serriously, you can do the same with a regular keyboard :/

I really like 'em because the keys are layed out specifically for gaming with a nice little place aside for the WASD and use keys and stuff, but I really hate spending money on what is ultimately a really neato keyboard.

This is for those wussy bastards that can't remember what they bound things as. Besides, you need a special "Z-Board" to use it anyway.. $40 keyboard + Probable 10 layer.. Seems pointless to me

This makes me just feel even better about the fact that my keyboard cost £2.

Wow... that's idiotic. An entire generation of gamers raised with a D-pad under their left thumb... and they go and put it on the right.

The keyboard system in the original link is really rather old, but the Doom3 overly is new. I thought they were useless back then, and I still think that now. I've never really had a lot of problems using a WASD key combination for games - and it doesn't take huge feats of manual dexterity to use that combination, either.
