<div class="IPBDescription">Shimmerish..</div> Hmm.. don't know where to start...
but anyways, when i play NS i get like a shimmerish-line over the screen (horizontal).
OS: Windows XP Pro
Graphiccard: ATI Radeon 9600 256mb version 6.14.10.6387
RAM: 1024mb
Processor: AMD Athlon XP 3000+
Maybe it has something to do with my fps?

Could you get a screenshot of it? Press F5 in-game when it happens, and then post it here?
Maybe cuz my monitor isn't the best at all. But i downloaded Vsync 2.0 but i don't understand ****. All i get is 7 files that i don't know where to put them? I've looked on google....
You want to adjust the settings in <b>Control Panel</b> -> <b>Display</b> -> <b>Settings tab</b> -> <b>Advanced</b>. Then depending on your graphics card, if any, you will see a 'GeForce blah blah blah' tab, or the Radeon equivalent. After clicking on the tab, you should then proceed to look for a 'Vertical Sync' setting and turn it on.
<!--QuoteBegin--></div><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin-->With Vertical Sync OFF: Look at a wall edge (black on white is best). Now shake your mouse left and right. -You should notice the horizontal lines (clips)<!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
So it is Vsync, but i can't find the option to turn it on? :S

If that doesn't work you can try rolling back to older drivers.
Ah, don't you just love it :-)
Edit: Can't you say **** in this forum?
