The real answer:You just leap into them. The reason you dont see leap kills at all, is because it does around 3-5 (dont know real numbers) damage a second, so the only chance of getting a leap kill is when they have 10 health or less and some how you leap at him and dont go past.
They are extremly rare, like parasite kills without the prestige/humiliation.
it isnt impossible, but the only problem is that when u leap, u kinda make urself into a granade just launched by a gl... ur whole line of leap goes curvy like a nade does, so next time u leap at someone and u have crosshairs for leap (thats or ur very gud at leaping) then try aiming at there head if there not so far away, and dbl their body length if it is a high ceiling and long enviroment between u and marine
Meaning: If you leap, and you switch to bite (while still leaping), and the leap kills the marine, it will be registered as a bite kill. So you may have some leap kills, but you don't realize it.
And yes, leap does 80 damage per second. Meaning, you need to remain in full contact with the enemy for a full second to deal 80 damage. The easiest way to do this is by leaping down on the player.
Just like fade 2nd is like leap,
It does 80 damage/second. Ive gotten 2 in my life, and both were on the same day. It was great (i was trying out new things).
Oh, btw the reason charge kills are seen so rarely is like your explanation above. It does 320 damage/second, but its hard not to slip off of the marine.
I GOT 3 STOMP KILLS TODAY! Does stomp actually do any damage?!
charge kills are pretty easy actually, provided you know how to use it. you just run into a marine, sometimes this will cause him to be trapped and he just dies. I would say charge is pretty wierd
resource tower kills are when the comm recycles the rt and the skulk stands next to it when it blows i think
anyway leap kills and parasite kills are pretty uncommon. leap more uncommon than parasite of course. you can parasite kill when the marine is using knife, then a few skulks just gang up to parasite the marine. i just parasite killed a jp 2day. they were whacking our hive and i was protecting an onos egg in the hive. i bit the jp a bit then he tried to run away and i parasited him. he fell like a fly

Actually, they're not.
It's slightly trickier than that, but I'll leave you to work it out for yourself. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo--> Far more satisfying. Besides, it's one of NS's best kept secrets.
*cough* charge *cough*
Edit: Added electrification point.
They need a sprite for it still too >.<
And no, that's not the method.
More hints:
It's the same trick as gettign 5 digest kills in a few short seconds.

fun ****
althought if i up agaist a good marine team and their owning my team, i parasite nons-stop and ive gotten a lot of parasite kills
25 parasite kills in like 4 days of play. hehehe
it does damage per tick that the skulk is touching a rine.
this damage is like 3 or 4 (don't remember)
the reason why you saw alot of leap kills in 1.04 (And why it will never be back) is because leap ticks were tied to FPS (just as build speed, JP and adren regen, and other such things were). thus 100 fps leap = insta gib.

You shouldnt do that! its was one of the best secrets of NS and should remain one of 'em! <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->
ok, ok, whatever.....
RT kills are from electrify.
Stomp kills are from charge not gore
srry bout that <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

i for one, think that leap, in a vent, while holding crouch, on a rine, = win.
Figure on hitting leap about once per second, and holding crouch. If you don't hold forward, you'll only do a total of about 1-5 damage per leap, and that's just sad.
Even with about 40-50 fps in 1.04 I still got a fair number of leap kills, but with 100 fps you could cream HA in one really good jump. That was excessive, but the current numbers are kinda sad. It doesn't matter that much, since leap is more for movement than damage, but charge is still hurting from the changes (despite the recent buff).
u hear me flying around hte map all like *pfft* *SLAM* *pfft* *SLAM*
