Nice, only complaint from me is you should make the ejection port look more like <a href='http://drfuzzy.nsarmslab.com/pic/browning_hp_6.jpg' target='_blank'>this</a>

Yea, the thumb groove looks fine on the left, too bad you dont have two thumbs for both sides of the gun <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /><!--endemo-->

I think the thumb groove is okay, its just too far out. I like the back sights too. Im not sure if they are like that on the gun, but it looks cool. I wish it was for NS but GJ on the model.

do a .357! Tis my favorite gun.. and, unfortunately... a revovler.. which means it's a ***** to make!
  • StrabismoStrabismo Join Date: 2003-10-27 Member: 22052Members
Ok these are constructive remarks, if you fix these problems, the gun will rock:

    - add a magazine release button
    - the rear sight is weird
    - there is something wring with the shape of the frame, just over the sear
    - add a ring under the handle
    - you can put a thumb groove, but not on both sides
    - Ok, the hammer does exists in this shape but if you want the military version, it's shaped with a hole in it
    - the ejection port should be rounder
    - there should be two nicks in the left side of the slide. One is over the safety button when the slide is at its normal position and another one is over the slide catch lever (the thing that keeps the slide back when the magasine is empty) when the slide is pulled back

    Still a nice model

Im not sure If you want me to post this in the thread, so Lemme know If you dont appreciate it and Ill remove it. But Try comparing it with the Browning HP I did for Resident Evil. You'll notice a few differences you might not have been aware of. Otherwise, thats some damn fine modelling.

  • BrigadierWolfBrigadierWolf Join Date: 2003-05-30 Member: 16876Members, Contributor

  • ChronoChrono Local flyboy Join Date: 2003-08-05 Member: 18989Members
im talking about that html based thing that people put up of there models and you can rotate it all you want like a perspective view of it but i guess more angels will do fine

    A few things:

    Brig's HiPower is awesome.

Sig Sauer makes automatic pistols in .357, but it's not the same as .357 magnum like in a Python.

Chrono's model is pretty nice, but it is a bit inaccurate I think. None the less, good model. I might have used it if it was for NS.

Anyone know of a 1911 for NS?
