    Quite obvious. If you look closer you will see that every other pixel is black. The pattern is "inversed" in the sc, if you know what I mean. When you select this in IE, every other pixel will become blue (or black or orange or whatever color you have). Outside of the sc, everything will look the same since only the black pixels change color, however inside of the sc the yellow pixels change color, making the sc appear more obviously. There are programs to merge images like this, and several tutorials for doing it in PS/PSP etc.
