I Cant Play Ns!

<div class="IPBDescription">client.dll</div> I have ns in the Half-Life folder and i have half life 1.0.1.0 or watever its called. I have ns_install_v1.exe and installed it but when i join a game it shows the counter strike background, then says changed to game ns, then says cannot find map ns_caged, server will download the map, but it doesnt download it it stops and says your client.dll is different from the servers (or something like that).

Somehow you didn't install NS properly. Maybe you installed it to your CS folder instead of HL, or vice-versa?

I cant even get into the game after i install it it says custom game not installed and i know i have it installed

as far as i found out... the icon created by the installer is not working... you have to create one yourself... i also don't know the reason for it... if you use the icon created by the installer... you try to create a game... you will only see HL maps there... <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='confused.gif'> so pick up your computer skill and create a shortcut and go shoot some aliens!! <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/asrifle.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='asrifle.gif'> <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/siege.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='siege.gif'> <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/turret.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='turret.gif'>
