Anyway, nice concept thar, brig, nothing fancy but still nice. I hope the model exceeds the concept though, i mean, i hope it turns out better.i dont mean that the concept is bad, it's just maybe the lack of depth that makes it a bit unapealing. still nice, i just hope the model is better ^__^

Hm, now, I know I haven't seen your render and you probably have a good reason but here is my 2 creds:
Stubby is good. I mean, I'd rather not lug around a huge rifle and a deagle-sized gun onboard an infested spaceship, possible crawling through ducts and other tight spaces.
I'd want my weaponry to be compact, manageable and to pack a punch. To me, the picture I get is a short, fat handgun, much like your original concept.
That said, I have never held anything but a replica Beretta and I have almost zero knowledge of guns (apart from what the Governator had taught om on-screen <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /><!--endemo--> ).
