I hope England beats portugal actually, but only cos it will make the night out more cheerful, I mean, whats so special about someone kicking a bag of wind around? Ok so they are good at what they do but it doesn't deserve the money and adulation the players receive.
I'm also amazed by those people who don't play the game and aren't any good at it yet watch every match going and spend loads of money on season tickets. Why! I can understand like things you're good at but if you're rubbish then you only like them because everyone else does. Sheep!

These people that go to watch football matches would probably wonder the same thing about people who sit on their fat arses chatting on forums, playing videos games on the net and spending stupid amounts of money on computer just so they can play more video games......
