<div class="IPBDescription">Where to go?!</div> Hm.. I haven't posted in a while. nothing really important, just trying to brainstorm some ideas..

There's this girl [oh noes!~] who likes me, i like her, want to go out with her [if you must see a pic, its in the 'post my desktop' thread, she's my desktop BG]

She lives like, 30 minutes drive away [i have no driving license =\ 15 yrs old], we'd be able to meet like, once a week [probably for a few hours though], go to different schools, blah blah you know the drill. none of my mates have parties, or even mini parties [all have family at home consistently, especially me <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /> and her], so probably not able to meet up and hang out at a mate's place. movies are a waste of time, coffee etc.. not enough options, etc etc

my question to you is.. can you guys think of something so we can hang out etc, but not just being random delinquents at chatswood or something? =\

and um so this thread isnt completely wasted, our cat killed and brought home a dead rat today.. on his birthday, too... he's a bloody champ that cat is <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' />

ahm also she's going to South Africa for 3 weeks, in 9 days... heh.. but after that i guess, there's still something to be figured out. my family is always home, it's a "compact" house, nowhere to hide from them =\ and i dont want to introduce, argh

movies suck, waste of 1 day a week

does anybody work at a lan place?
has anybody here made amatuer/professional movies/scripts etc, and can help me out in that regard? thanks..

Do community service together... You would be surpized how good a way of getting together with people that aren't readily availible it is. Soup kitchens are exspecially good, the work is easy, the people are more often then not acctually quite nice, and you get lots of time to talk.

i might have a couple mates over every friday to watch a movie

thus im increaseing mate's activity at my house

thus i might be able to have her over without attracting too much attention :|

and community service, while a good idea, isnt really the solution as such.. im more looking just for an area to hang out with her, that is private and gives opportunity for whatever

Ya, I was gonna say...

If your trying to find suttle ways to spend time with her without other people knowticing, I honestly think your making it alot harder on yourself. Just find something you both like doing and make an effort to get out there together. Go on bikerides or something.

Even though its a crappy idea, the movies IS a great place to meet up with her. After that, you can have one of your parents take you to someplace afterward (Putt-putt is nice, or somewhere out to eat). Main part is to get some privacy for you two. The problem with the movies is that yall won't get to talk much. However, talk is cheap <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif' /> and there's ALOT more to do at the movies, than just watch the movie. <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /> Bring her back to your house if your parents allow it, or to her's if her's allow it.

in the end i just decided to go for it

rung her up, talked for a while, she's gotten rid of plans for saturday and we're gonna meet up in chatswood and go do something from there

hopefully something will come up that we can go to, but if not we can just hang around being delinquents in chatswood.. =] get a coffee or go wander around and meet any of her friends we see...

anyway, all is good, at least after she comes back from SA in 4 weeks <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' />

if you are looking for something free to do, and a good chance of being alone, go to the park. i dont know about others but the park by my house has trails through the trees ive made use of a time or 2...

also i have some movie making experience. pm me and ill tell you bout some of my stuff

Chances are, she probably agreed to it and knew what he was gonna use the picture for. Probably explains why she is posing like that...

Anyway, I was thinking community service, if you want time alone you could just stay till after its done and spend some time together then. But since you are against it, nvm.

Go to the movies. Then get coffee after. And if you run out of cash for the movies, just invite her over to your house to play games or do something. Show her the games you play, and if she scoffs then you know to drop her like a 6 week old carton of milk. Don't worry too much about it though.

yeah i was gonna go down to the park, but we only have local parks that are pretty damn small.. you can see the other end =] but yeah its a good place to hang out

x im not stalking or obsessing about her [very nearly didnt post this thread, but i figured: 'i havent posted a thread in a while, and i can chuck in all the other stuff as well.. and people might think of something genius that i had missed]
x as a desktop.. people put anything from SCI-FI, 3d graphics, gruesome art, naked/suggesting models, OS propraganda, pattern illusions... why cant i have a pic of an attractive girl that i like? makes more sense than those other options.

nothing was said about it being a desktop.. its just a desktop background guys -.- i change it every week pretty much, anyway. yes, she sent me the picture, and yes, that particular photo, yes, in that size. [i think its from a model shoot portfolio thingy]

and yeah, while im not too fond of the community service idea for my circumstances, you do get kudos for being one of the few with imaginative ideas :] and the effort, too

I know this is old and passed on, but i'd just like to finish the story..

Today [saturday] i had a bye [sp?] for soccer, slept in till 11... organised to get my phone service changed [will take a few days], and went to chatswood at 2... after about 10 minutes waiting [<img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' />] she arrived, and i cant believe how stunning she is... wow

anyway, 2 hours of hanging out at chatswood later, she had to go.. so i took an easy train home, had a nice walk up to my house

played a bit of DOD on the computer [the good computer <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /> only need to change the LCD, get rid of VSYNC somehow, and itll be perfect], and then had some pizza and coke and watched indiana jones and the last crusade on the couch with the heater

now im just relaxing, maybe do some work on my website [do more content before i put it up] and go to bed early [and leave all my work for tomorrow]

all in all, a very cool day <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' />
