Weird Death Bug

<div class="IPBDescription">I die and I don't know why!</div> Has anyone as alien just simply died for no reason? I'll be trucking along, Leap Attacking and all of a sudden my screen will fade to black and I die. All the console says is that I died. That's it.
One thing to note though is that I'm using a bind script to Skulk Leap Attack. I've bound the script to my Mouse2 button so I can bite with my Mouse1. However when I use this bind, sometimes when I'm in mid air, I die just like I mentioned above.

i was walking down a corridor on ns_nacy eating a few silly marines was an onos then i jumped into the air and dropped dead :/ no marines around or nuthing. checked the console
just said Dj McShinji Has Died

Personally, the few times I've died to it was when I was leaping around with a celerited skulk - I thought the game physics engine decided that anything going _that_ fast was going *SPLAT* on hitting the wall :-).
As an aside, using a script may be the only SAFE way of playing, as you can configure the script with extra waits. Harder to avoid being too fast switching weapons and attack manually...

(To prevent people spawn camping) But we all know that's probably a map entity (trigger_hurt or whatever)
Very odd
i know i was attacking turrets as fade, then backed of, and like 30 seconds later, standing alone in some hallway, i died. the marine turret icon appeared next to my nick, like i got killed by a turret, but there was no turret anywhere near my location.
