Original Halflife?

<div class="IPBDescription">original HL in NS</div> I'm using WinXP home. AMD Athlon 2000+, SB live, Gigabyte GA-7VA and a Leadtek Geforce4 MX 420.

When I try to run Natural selection it just runs the normal game of halflife. Then when the normal tram gets a tiny bit down the track it stops and says to select a door...what the hell is going on? I've heard great things about this mod. I've got all the newest drivers for my hardware too. I've also got HL v1.1.1.0

Any ideas?

    are you using your desktop shortcut?
    if yes, it's broken.

    NS is a multiplayer mod, sp doesn't work.
    use your start menu shortcut, and you should get the proper mp-only splash. - that is, no sp, save/load, or training options.
