  There's a number of NS-inspired Steam skins available in our <a href='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?showforum=19' target='_blank'>Customization</a> forums (the search function helps) and Fam has made an NS skin for Winamp as well (available <a href='http://www.evolutionarily.org/creation/other.html' target='_blank'>here</a>)

  I saw that, but I didn't read anything on using the already made one in NS already
  
  I'm not looking for a customized one I was just wondering if anybody knew how to put the one that's in NS now and place it for everything

  To use that background for other games copy the stuff in
  
  Steam\SteamApps\x\half-life\nsp\resource\background
  
  And put it in that mod's background folder. As for using it as a desktop, I'm pretty sure a while back in the news page of the main site, they linked it as a wallpaper *shrug*
