Disable Auto Teambalance

how do i disable that annoying team autobalance on my bot server? becouse i have some bots that can only join aliens but they actually build stuff and gestate into new aliens unlike some other bots i have had. but since i got no bots on marines im completely alone on my team and as we know it the game ends when theres to many on one team. and that is what i would like to disable but i dont know where any options or any ini files for that is

mp_autoteambalance 0? it's something like that... steam will bring it up for you just try typing in the first part... if it's not that it's sv_forceteambalance or something...

thanks ill lookinto that wheter they work, but if im not misstaken that is just so that the server doesnt change which team people are on, and not where the game ends wehn its unfair teams
