Here is what i do to get ownage with the shotgun.

Mt
resupply
shotgun
armor level 2
damage lvl 3
welder

these 6 items will help you achieve ownage against all aliens.. onos is not a good thing, go for the hmg lol


Always aim 2 to 3 seconds "ahead in their steps" to achieve better accuracy. Time your shots, get friendly with the shotgun, it is your best friend! When it comes to running out of ammo, whip out that pistol, or the knife, and own!

one thing i LOVE to do is that i just love to jump and duck under a lerk and shoot its belly, the belly is the weakpoint especially if its flying over u, open spot = wpnage! hope this helps all ya noobers with the shotgun help!

    How to avoid shot guns with skulk

    use the walls, you can jump behind them, trick them, go swervy and all nilleh on them with movin all over the place. use silence, leap, and parasite. very good for finding them after death.

    Lerk
    Dont fly ontop of them, weakspot is the belly.. instead head dead straight for them from behind with silence and celerity. this will make you a silenced speeding bullet!


    gorge
    Use your spit, keep moving, DODGE the bullets by jumping left to right

    Onos
    what strategy? just eat em up! LOL

    Unless the shotgunner is way in experienced, there really isn't much chance for a gorge to dodge the shotgun blasts. IMO the best advice for a gorge would be to spit at them from as far away as possible and RUN AWAY!!!!!!!

    Thats about all you need to know. Shotguns are about timing and reactions and very little to do with aim. Learn when to take your shots and THEN you'll own.

    lol just aim at them with a shotgun, it is a easy kill. The belly is not a weak spot as there is no specific hit boxes, though it is probably the area with the most target. As for avoiding shotties, the best against a good player is to stay way out of range. Take advantage of the heavy spread, and as soon as they take otu their pistol rush them, as the switch time is very long.

    Run away <i>backwards</i>.

    There is no drop in speed for Gorges.

    You shouldnt have to aim ahead unless you stop tracking them when you fire, or they are reverse bugged eh?
