    Not sure what you mean here... But if you want to slow down a demo you're watching, you can type "viewdemo (demo name)" in the console, followed by the followings:

    dem_pause (0/1) Pauses the demo.
    dem_jump (# of seconds, can go backwards by preceding with -) Forwards/rewinds by # seconds, but pauses (must be followed by dem_pause 0)
    dem_speed (0.1-5) Plays the demo at *X speed.
