nah, it dosen't spoil in the technical sense of the word, but seriously if you leave honey alone for a long time, when you find it again, you probably aren't going to want to eat it. <!--QuoteEnd--> </td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'> <!--QuoteEEnd-->
Why not? It has no water in it. It's impossible for it to spoil. I'm not saying it's impossible for something to get in there, like bugs or something, but it's really impossible for it to spoil by bacteria. If they get into it, they die from dehydration.

Honey doesn't spoil per se, but it gets all crystallized and doesn't work as well. Fresh honey is always better.

If you have a too high concentration of sugar bacteria can't multiply very well. Jams don't spoil very quickly(though a lot of interesting molecules that give it it's scent and taste react with stuff, especially oxygen if you let that in and especially when exposed to UV and blue light(the reason for brown and green bottles for many chemicals and probably for wine as well). Sucrose is slowly broken down to glucose and fructose in a sour environment, this alters the tast of many products as they age and is largely responsible for best before dates on stuff like soda pop which tastes markedly different after a few years when there's mostly fructose and glucose left(more honey like taste))

Did you know that spam has an indefinite shelf life? They recommend you eat it within 10-15 years because the flavour will slowly degrade over time, but I don't know if I consider that a good or a bad thing.

Verbascose, stachyose and the like are oligio sacharides found in many beans and peas and the human body can't deal very well with them, bacteria can however, what condition might this lead to? Is verbascose and stachyose the correct english spelling?

Did you know alot of people used to think radioactivity was healthy? There were radium suppositores, water crocks with radium ore so you could have fresh water with radon in the morning and even radium laced chocolate(minute amount as it was luckily very expensive with radium). And electric shocks from van der graaf generators and magnets and just about everything new in science has been treated the same way. Is "natural medicine" the direct analog in our times?

what does gl_flipmatrix 1 do in HL?

Why is the sky blue? I'll tell you why, Raleigh scattering is highly wavelength dependant and blue light is scattered so much it appers to be comming from all directions, UV is scattered even more, so much so that you can get a sunburn in the shade(though it's easier to get a sunburn in the sun of course).

Why do I feel like crap some days for no apparent reason and happy for no reason no matter what happens on other days?

Why do wine experts have to make such awful descriptions? e.g. 'this red wine has a full body, a somewhat picante taste and a scent similar to chalk, dirt and petroleum'.

Why do I spam you with silly facts and questions? Why did I just ask this question? or that one?

Does this post need more lerk emoticons or more parenthesis within parenthesis that are never closed just for the hell of it?

<span style='font-size:0pt;line-height:100%'>FRENCH SITE X86-Secrets claimed it has overclocked Intel's Pentium M Dothan 2GHz (755) processor to 2.4GHz, with comparatively little effort.

And, claims the site, a Dothan running at 2.4GHz with single DDR 333 memory can compete favourably with the Athlon 64 Socket 939 at the same clock speed using dual DDR 400.

The site believes that with more cooling than it's currently using, it's likely to be a doddle to get the 2GHz Pentium M chip to 2.8GHz, and perhaps even to 3GHz in the next few weeks.

As well as clocking the 2GHz chip to 2.4GHz, the site also overclocked a 1.7GHz Dothan chip to 2GHz. It warns that if you try this at home you may bust your Dothan britches.</span>
