Another pic for those who thought that would be the color scheme. You know who you are. Also if anyone wants to take this model and work on skins or animations just pm me and I'll be happy to send the model to you. Otherwise more comments/suggestions are appreciated.

Heeeeey! That's pretty clever! Not only that, it looks good, too! I might use this if it gets some solid anims and a tight skin. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->

should have it look as if it was a wall decoration that got torn off and used as an improvised weapon <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Yeah...like...this skulk creeps into like a TSA HQ building, into the high commander's office. And they're both starin' each other down...then the commander reaches and grabs the handle of the TSA logo hanging on the wall and pulls out a knife, then lunges at the skulk.

Can someone get a more experienced modeller in here? I'd like some help with this seeing as there is some intrest. I'm a complete noob to modelling for games (Point B), but can model decently in AutoCAD (Point A). I dont' know the way from Point A to Point B and possibly someone who could make animations and skins.

As for the skin I was thinking along the lines of the handle being like that of a hand gun covered with black grips and a little TSA logo at the bottom of the handle. (Pic attached)

Animations would probably either be just a straight stab or a overhanded swipe as the marine would be holding the knife like a pistol.

GAH i hate autocad. we had to use it in Engineering Drafting. >.< Too exact, you need measurements and dimensions and ****. i guess its ok if your an expert...

And BTW- saying AutoCAD is a little..weird.

It's not that unusual if you actually know what CAD stands for; it's computer aided design.

Modeling for games with autocad sounds kinda pointless, though, since it's probably NURBS.

i doubt it is NURBS in AutoCAD.

Newayz..he's sent the file over so i'll convert it and mesh it in a bit. Altho the file hasn't arrived yet.
