Lights Not Being Compiled

Well I figured out how to make my map and get it working, everything but the lights that is.

No idea why theres a problem, all set up properly (build programs, compile parameters) but HLRAD doesnt want to work...

Also, just another thing I noticed. In the game, the marines have no HUD but only on this map. Are there certain entities that tell the game what mode its playing?

    You need to give more detail about what happened. Saying 'just doesn't work' tells us absolutely nothing.

    thats my point. It just doesnt work. It worked before, and now it doesnt.

    Ill try reinstall the tools.

    Well.. as you can see .. youve got a compile error.. post your complete Compile Log and check with some compile error articles (just google a bit)

    make sure you have:
    an info_player_start
    info_team_start - set to team 1
    and another info_team_start - set to team 2 in the properties.
    the game mode is defined by the prexif i.e. "ns_" or "co_"

    I have a similar problem.

    When i compile all i get it ambient white light everywhere....
    Its annoyong... and it wont go away..

    My .log file dissacpears (Using Nems Batch Compiler). Im not telling it to delete the .log b/c i checked....
